I started having a rough idle a couple of days ago. I cleaned my egr ports a few weeks ago. Now I got a rough idle. I took off my throttle body and cleaned the hell out of it with some carburetor cleaner then I put it all back together. Starter her up and she idled smooth. Then I drove to work and then I parked it started having a rough idle. What else can it be? Has anybody else experience this too?? Thanx for the help.

 

Check the IACV, that might be dirty as well. Skirmich has a DIY right here for it

 

There's also the remote possibility that some crud broke loose in your intake manifold and plugged up your EGR.
