The bolts that hold the bracket assembly to the car- those are on with 80 foot pounds torque- same as the wheels are supposed to be
Turn the wheel in the direction of the side you are on to expose the bolts
If fronts- put a 19 MM wrench on that inner nut you can just see the edge of, then push down on the ratchet/socket bar with your foot- should come loose then

Shoot lots of WD in the center hub- rust lives there and is very grippy

Good idea to bleed the brakes first to avoid backwashing crud into the system, causing caliper failure in a month

They're really on there and seem like they won't budge...anymore suggestions before I decide to give up and go pay for it to be done?

~Leverage~

Assuming you removed the 2 smaller bolts and the caliper and have it safely tied up to the strut with a wire-

I had mine off last night, slid a long square metal bar over the handle of the ratchet and that did it.

If a shop did yours last time, they are just on way to tight, and you may have to relent and let a shop do the job- or at least have them reset the torque to 80 so you can get them off yourself
Most techs blast them on with the air gun- so about 100+ ft lbs of torque

NOTE: Did you get the 2 screws on the rotor hub loose yet?
If not- just head to the shop now

Instead of WD40, use liquid wrench. Or use a wrench with a another wrench to achieve more leverage.

Had one stuck the other day- used the wrench on a wrench- no luck
put the handle from the floor jack over the ratchet handle and 4 foot leverage took it right off!
Someone used and impact air gun to install with no concern last time!

Liquid wrench good stuff- I just figure everyone has a can of wd, and anything helps in a pinch

Be careful with penetrating oil around the wheel bearing. Having said that, soak the bolts for like a half hour, then get a blow torch, and EVENLY heat up the surrounding metal (again, stay away from them bearings). Then try again with a 6-point closed-end wrench (a 12-point might damage the bolts). If that still dont work, go to an impact driver. Don't stand, and bounce on the wrench; you WILL break a bolt head! Either way, once you get them out, replace the bolts with new ones (and use anti-sieze on them this time).
