Replacing Coin Tray light

I think the coin tray on my 2000 TL had a light in it that worked. Now it does not. I can't figure out how to get to the bulb... do any of you know? Will the coin tray remove?

I believe if you get the smokers package it comes with a light. But the "not an ashtray" does not.
