Replaced Coils and plugs and car still hasitate to start?
So i just bought new coils alll 6 and plugs cost me $300 bucks and the car still hasitates to start but starts perfectly in the morning or cold. but then it hasitates to start after driving it with normal temp. lets say that i went to go grab some lunch and after about 15-20mins later, i go back to the car and start it again, it hasitates to start as it likes about a good 1 sec or 1 second and a half to start. and then you also hear some popping noise but its not all that big.
my guess is a bad/weak fuel regulator or fuel pump?
I cleaned out the EGR VALVE/PORTS/PASSAGES. and cleaned out the IAC. so...??

there are two others with fuel pump relay prob on here recently..last two weeks
Ck those post for help on replacement/location
why did you buy 6 coils? multi cyl misfire codes?
those usually mean 1 coil failing/failed but cause several codes as the ECU is confused
it only knows its running bad
did you reset the ECU with clock fuse removal method?
must do after coils so ECU runs a self test and finds all parts working now
What plugs EXACTLY- did you install-the correct 8 dollar each ngk? or something else?

rare: is the best description of a fuel pump failure or regulator prob
Have you seafoamed the gas at 2 oz per gal fuel (1 can to just under half tank gas)
that will clear out all the fuel lines, injectors etc

correct toque applied to intake manifold hold down bolts (16ft lbs) and the tb to manifold got new gaskets on both sides of the spacer and correct torque (10 iirc)
new gaskets elsewhere during egr cleanout?
vac leaks will mess with you
Try carb cleaner, sprayed at suspect connections/areas
rpm jump = found leak
Vac hose ends crack during removal,,ck all lines with carb cleaner and engine at idle
did the prob get better after coils and egr cleanout?, or was exactly the same?
are we working a combined prob or single prob

and i bought all 6 coils because cylinder 1-3-4-5 was missing and the plugs are NGK PLatnium and i did remove the clock fuse

To eliminate any erratic issues with the fuel pump relay, just remove the small circuit board in the little black box under the dash, and re-solder all the connections on it. This is what I did with mine just to rule it out as a suspect. These relays are KNOWN to have bad cold solder joints from the factory, which crack with years of vibrations in an automobile environment, and can cause erratic behaviour when the connections disconnect/reconnect with temperature changes.
You could also have erratic fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel pump. Or you could have the issue related with winter gas and heat soak.
