Hey acurazine..recently I took my intake manifold off and did a super clean. I mean i took everything apart. Now about a week later I was on the freeway just cruising then an integra blows by me. So I smash on the pedal like I usually do on the freeway. Then my TCS light came on as well as my CEL. I borrowed my friends basic code reader and found a misfire in cylinder 3 and 4. And a random misfire. Then cleared the codes and checked my spark plugs and coil packs and everything seems up to par.. so then a couple days later same thing basically happen. On freeway smashed gas and it happened again... it's only when I smash and get my rpms close 2 redline that this happens..cruising around city no light flashes or tuns on..even when I'm creep up to 100+ mph I don't get no light or nothin. Car drives like normal. Rpms at stable at 750...after the 2nd time.. I called my friend up with a bit more advanced scanner and I got the complete system scanned and it came up with 4 different codes that the other scanner didn't show at all.. how I've been doin slot of research on tps sensors and its purpose and also map sensors. I jus ordered the tps sensor from powerrevracing today.. now I'm gonna get the map sensor next. Wheres a good place to buy those at? And does Anybody know why I only get a blinking or solid CEL when I am at WOT and almost redlining??? Besides it bein a bad sensor. It's on a 03 tl-p. Both are original sensors from factory back in 02.
