Rear window de-frost

My rear window de-frost does not seem to work at all whatsoever. Is there a fuse or something to check for this? I already took down the little plastic box where the back window meets the car ceiling and the little switch is connected to the metal contact point.

What could be causing this frosted window dilemma?

Uhm, according to the diagram I have it's in the fuse box under the hood. There's also a relay to check.
