how can i tell if a rear rotor is warped?

if i press the brake pedal, and my brake pedal, seat/back rest shakes, and the steering wheel barely shakes, indicates a warped rear rotor?

 

usually if your rears are warped you will feel it in the seat of your pants..like you said, steering wheel is normally fronts.

 

If your rotors are warped you will feel it also when you stop. I compare it to going down to different levels before you come to a complete stop.

 

usually u feel warped rotors for the rear in the brake pedal and warped rotors in the front in the steering wheel.

 

^ makes sense...when i press on brakes, i feel a pulsation/vibration ...but its not all the time tho, but it looks like it leading to signs of warped rear rotors :-(

by feeling fronts thru steeering wheel, what do u mean? shaking of the steering wheel when braking?

 

^^ yes the steering wheel will shake left/right pretty much the same as a bad balanced wheel. but with the warped front it usualyl shakes faster the harder u press it/going from a faster speed.
