Problems w/Idle and Drive

Hello guys, first off I wanted to say hi...this is my first time posting. Nice 2 meet you all. I just recently started having problems w/my 1999 acura 3.2TL. After reading a few of the previous threads I'm assuming my situation might be solved the same way, but I am having 1 problem that others did not post. When my car is in park the engine revs up and down and when I give it some gas and let the RPMs hit 2 or 3 the whole car starts to shake and vibrate. ANd sometimes when I let go of the accelerator the RPMS go so slow almost as if the car will shut off and then eventually the car will shut off by itself. Majority of the time while I am driving the car runs fine...but sometimes the check engine sign will come up along w/the TCS sign. When I am at a full stop and and accelerate the car will move very very slow then all of a sudden it will start jerking back and forth and then eventually start driving. If i turn the car off and on again the TCS light will go away but the Check Engine will remain on...and the car will run fine. The code i got was P1129 AIR FUEL METERING...I know the 1999 acura TL has a factory issue/defect w/some idle sensor...but i don't know if this is the cause of my problems. Does anybody know what it might be? sorry for making this a movie long, but I really need someone's help. THank you.

by some of the description, it sounds like a IAC (Idle Air Control valve) as for the code, i dont have the manual with me out of town to read more into it.

Its possible. The typical failure with those symptoms is the IAC, BUT i wouldnt rule out a map

Hey guys, I changed my MAP Sensor and I'm still getting the same problem. The car drives much better when the engine sign does not come on. But when it does...I get code P1129 (Manufacture Control Air Fuel Metering). I still get black smoke out of the exhaust. On Idle you can hear the engine go up and down, it feels like the car will shut off. When I give it some gas, while in park, the car shakes. When I'm at a full stop and I accelerate the car stalls sometimes, but shakes and feels like it will shut off. Will the Idle Air Control Valve fix this problem? Or should I look for something else? Your help is much appreciated thank you.

One more thing...the RPMs do not go up and down when I'm in idle they stay the same but it feels like the car will shut off. Only the engine goes up and down...the RPMs stay the same.
