problem with Tail stop/brake light electrical

Just wondering if anyone has some thoughts on this one.

as we all know there are four bulbs for the stop/brake light, 2 on each side. 3 out of the 4 all of a sudden decided not to work. So, when I turn on the lights, only one bulb illuminates, but when I press on brake, all four illuminates. I did switch the bulbs around, and it appears that all the bulbs work on that one spot. THis rules out the faulty bulbs. (which I was hoping the problem to be)

I am suspecting it may due to the faulty print panel thing that is found in the left tail light over. can anyone give me some suggestions? or is it simply loose wire somewhere (which may be a bitch to try to find out)

I will take a picture to illustrate when the car is back.

thanks,

RJ.
