please help trouble codes!!!

i got the car scanned today (1999 tl) and it pulled a p1607 - ecm maulfunction and anothe code (forgot number) - evap leakage. any ideas for fixing? tihtout replacing emc of course... thanx...

the exact codes and description of what the car has been doing- current miles and recent repairs will help diagnose
