so after the shop took in my 03 tl-s, they called and said it was the issue of the solenoids not getting a ground, so they came and picked it up and a couple days later called and said it was okay. After driving from conroe to Houston, approx. 53 miles, the car does the same thing it did before. It would jerk from 3-4 and when i tried to break it would do the same thing. Does anyone know what is happening to my car

 

This is after a replaced tranny with about 200 miles on it

 

"...said it was ok."- What exactly did they do? Reworked solenoid grounds? Is the same place that replaced it & it has only 200 mi. on it?

 

its their sister shop, yea im going to call in the morning and see whats up. yea only abt 200 miles on it

 

I rcall a recent thread with no 4th gear was a selenoid prob

 

well like you said in the other post, im going to see when they can pick the car up, and have them look at it again, and make sure they drive it after they think they have fixed it
