I have changed the EGR valve with an original Honda part, reset the OBDII code, however after 10 miles the code has reappeared. Any suggestions?

 

Probably your EGR ports...our cars are notorious for clogging the EGR ports. That would have been my first guess actually.

 

^ yea i agree. its most likely a clogged port. there should be a kit you get from acura that has the new egr valve, new gasket and a metal sleeve. to fix it you gotta remove the intake manifold and drill out the carbon build up. once you do that you just hammer the sleeve in and put everything back together.
