Oem headlight question
03 TL-Type S here...
Are OEM low beam headlights supposed to like 'warm up' like slowly fade into full brightness? I bought a pair of new ballast, cable, and bulbs off of ebay, did the install and they seem to power on and then be at full brightness? is that normal
