noise when braking at low speeds 20-30mph

I have a 2003 type S. Recently after an oil change my dealer said that he had the rotors resurfaced. I didnt bother to know much since it was paid for by the warranty. But lately I have been experiencing a sound from the front as well as rear tires when I brake at low speeds. It sounds like a loose screw hitting a rotating metal part. I wanted to know your views before turning it in at the dealers.
Please help

On both..when I apply the brakes lightly it is very conspicuous. I can also hear it when I have stopped at a traffic light and then release the brakes to move ahead.

P.S: mags..how bad was it to get it repaired ?

My mecanic said that 'cause of all the metal in the brake pad that sqeaks the rotor....
We use to have thoses organic brake pads with less noice ( less metal ) but since
abestos is banned from the fabrication they add more metal ...................................

Ceramic pads are OEM recommended. They don't eat your rotors like metallic and semi-metallic.
