No ac/heat
Blower motor is inoperative. Nothing will go on . Check the white connector that feeds the motor.. Motor is under the glove box. Good chance it is corroded or melted. May need a motor (about $50-100on line) and a connector. The connector is part 04321-SOK-A00.. This issue is well known
ac not working
im not sure but it might not be ur blower motor.
i have the same issue but mine have NAV. im not sure whats its called but its somewhere under your glovebox its a transistor or something replace that and it should work. the pix on this link https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-performance-parts-modifications-116/c-blower-doesnt-work-730675/

the blower motor power connection is right below the glovebox, you can see it
may have to unplug to inspect for loose wire or crud buildup- burnt wire look
Acura makes an update kit for 8 dollars with new connectors and longer wires- to relieve strain on connection, part number is listed in post above this ,,,easy diy
at the same time you want to replace the cabin air filters, remove glovebox- simple
then the blower motor is staring at you- on its mounting plate is a resistor- not transistor, inside a heat shroud
remove its cover and inspect for burn marks
see cabin filter diy for tips like using shop vac to clean leaves etc, lube the valve for heater and more
do use a cushion on ground/kneepads==concrete is hard when kneeling for 30 minutes doing the job
Note dealer gets over 1.5 hours for just the filter change! save big on this fix and service
note2 should replace cabin filters every year, under 20 bucks for the pair, comes in a 2 pack -as we require
