Where's the best place to get a new front bumper? Was merged into this AM on I-75 in Marietta (northern Atlanta suburb) and the passenger side is scratched to hell. Figure I can replace it myself and pocket some $.

I searched the forums and although there are tons of threads discussing the removal and installation, didn't find any suggesting where to buy.

Bumpers dont come painted new, so you will have to have it painted. If your bumper is just scratched up why not just get it painted?

 

just get a quote for a new bumper plus paint and installation, get the check for that...paint ur current bumper, fill any scratches ect...and u will have a decent amount left over

 

The bumper has deep cracks and cuts - all the way through in a few areas and has stress marks from being bent in others. The accident wasn't my fault and the person who hit me is paying for the repair, well the estimate anyway - I'll be paying for the repair from the money she gives me!

If you need any help installing anything, let me know.. I live close to the marietta area and have taken my bumper off (amongst other things) enough to do it blindfolded..

 

Definitely will let you know - I'm pretty good with my hands and it doesn't seem that difficult. Where in Acworth / Woodstock are you? I'm off Barrett Parkway and Dallas Highway.

 

It's not that difficult at all.. I'm at 92 and Wade Green..
