My Mufflers are wobbly

My Mufflers are wobbly

K..this is stupid but...my friend said that my exhaust pipes are wobbling alot when i drive. Is this normal?...and is there anyway to fix it?

get a stainless hose clamp. the ones you twist the screw they get smaller. and put them on your exhaust hangers and make the rubber squeeze. it does a pretty good job.

My right muffler shakes like a mo-fo, especially on bumpy roads. I'm sure the suggestion made by demolition_x would work. I would do it but I'm too lazy to do it (I don't see or hear it ... why should I fix it?)

Your rubber bushings for the hangers are worn down. Use ziptie/cable tie to "zip" them closer and tighter toghether. Don't know if this makes much sense. My right muffler was hanging a bit lower than the other so I used zip ties to help alleviate the stress on the bushing. It seems to hang at the right height now.

dude stop being a noob. get on your back and slide under your car. you will see right by the can there is a peice of rod that goes up toward your trunk. this rod slides into a rubber peice and then to another hook. take one of these in the right size and wrap it around the rubber part and clamp away. its not hard.
