Motor Mount

After 190k the front mount finnaly gave out. I have checked all the local auto part store but with no luck. Are there any am mounts avaliable?performance? or am i making a trip to Acura. Thanks

Thats a dealer only part- depending on your dealer 100-120 dollars for our special oil filled vacuum assisted front motor mount.

Check the dealers that advertise on azine

20 bucks says you were driving on a bad mount for over the last 100k. They typically last 50 and most owners dont even know they are bad, Inspect the side mount as well, they typically wear out due to the front.

I mistyped- the dealer is the only source for standard mounts

You can get poly filled one from some aftermarket places, but that may transmit more vibration that a TL should. Poly trans mount in my truck transmits ALL its shifting shock input to the chassis- thunk

You can order it online and have a local mechanic do it.
