OK, so i did my oil change right around 82500 and with tthat i had to reset the maintenance req light... and i just noticed that i hit 92400 and its not "flashing" or "just on"... im doing my oil change tom. just wanted to know if any have had the same issue.

 

when you reset it- did the several beeps do their thing then stop- indicating full reset?

I'm not sure I've ever heard or paid attention to the beeps....will have to listen out next time around.

 

If the maitenance light comes on after 6-7000 miles- you are doing it right
Just a reminder light for most of us, but sure got my wifes attention one morning!
Glad to know she does actually notice lights on the dash flashing
She recently found out what the flashing lights in the rearview mirror mean too
Thankfully she was already in the braking zone for a turn left lane when they clocked her thinking she was going straight ahead- no one would attemp a u-turn at approach speed she does enjoy the brakes and wants a track day now what pandoras box have I opened
