Wassup my fellow Acura owners,
I just recently purchased an 03 TL-S and the noise that I'm experiencing does not sound normal. It happens when I am starting out, I here this BURRR about 2-3x then it stops. If I stop, turn car off and start again it will make the same noise again. I did a search and couldn't find anyone with the same posted problem. I also hear that ticking sound coming from the rear drivers side when the car is idle (not all the time) But that other one happens all the time and its beginning to aggravate me! Has anyone experienced this and if so what was the fix? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Sounds like your describing the ABS self test. ????

as for the ticking thats normal also. There is nothing wrong with the car, its the evap canister. there is a sometimes noisy valve. if you want to spend the money on it or are under warranty you cann get it replaced
