rear wheel bearing is going
is often the right side but can be either or both

turning changes the load on bearing

diy list https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-1999-2003-98/new-official-2nd-gen-tl-diy-thread-706083/

If it were a rear wheel drive car thats always possible

and there is a differential inside the trans,,,
but a rear noise of a high pitch constant sound in motion = rear wheel bearing
iirc its so common the thread title on the diy is: rear wheel bearing diy- because you will need it!

guess how I know what it sounds like,,mine is going out

If you can do rear disc brake jobs and drum brakes- the bearing is a simple punch off once in there.

inside the rear rotors is the park brake system- center hub of rotor is the drum and a mini sized set of shoes are around the axle/bearing on the backing plate
