leaking tranmission fluid

I started noticing a leak coming from my tranmission so I had my mechanic inspect it and he replaced the driver side axle seal. After a few days it started leaking again. We then decided to replace the seal again and the axle shaft as well. No luck still leaking. Any suggesions? My transmissions shifts very rough in the morning but smooths out after it goes through a few gears.

I picked up both seals from Acura. So the seals from Acura are too small?

Acura dealer replaced mine twice under warranty & still leaks, but not as bad. Oh well!
