Ignition failure do to security lock out
When trying to start my 2001 tl at times it will not crack over until two or three trys. My mechanic says its not the starter or battery. He suggested it might be the security system lock out or a ignition problem.Any suggestionsarial1black

If it was the security feature it would crank, but it wouldnt be getting fuel or spark. When its doing it does yours crank at all? do you notice the Green key light in the cluster doing any thing?
