I was wondering if anyone has done this yet? A year back I got my driver windows smashed up and had to get it replaced. After that the LED on the driver door doesn't blink any more when you lock the car. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this or have fixed this in the past.
I'm very much a DIY guy, so if you have done please give me a FYI on how to fix this.

sounds like a wire may have come loose. have you opened the door panels yet?

 

^ I'd open the door panel and check it out. It may be the wire or light itself.

 

has anyone ever tried changing that bulb to a brighter one or a different color?

 

I'm pretty sure it's cup cakes changing the LED on the door.
