hid headlight

both the low beam and high beam lights wont turn on, on the passenger side. I replaced the fuse and the low beam light. problem was not fixed. what is the next step?

Hello,

Was fuse blown?
Check if you have power on connectors?
If you have DRL unit, check it as well.
