Hyper flash, no leds, no lights burnout

yesterday I replaced the passengers headlight housing, ballast, igniter, and HID bulb because the ballers went out and I had bad hazing on the lense. Anyways after installation I am getting hyper flash on that side. Typically I know that means a bulb is out or if there are LEDs the load is too low and will hyperflash. However, I did not put LEDs in and all my bulbs are in working order on that side( front, mirror, and back) and the bulb functions normally but I'm getting hyperflash.

Anyone had had this before or know what's going on?

unseat and re-seat the turn signal bulb and make sure all the wires going into the bulb are snug, sounds like there's a loose wire potentially.
