I hope someone can help me out and tell what going on with my car!

Here is the story, i just bought used wheels and used tires (they came together) online..I was a great deal. 18'' Chrome wheels and tires for $500. I needed to get something fast because the rims i had were bent. So anyways, i bought them and then had them put on.

When i started to drive i heard a spinning noise...its only when i accelerate. The harder i push the accelerator the faster the noise. The faster i drive the faster the noise. The noise is pretty loud and if i open the window, its not as loud. But even with music on i can still hear it a little. If the music is very loud then i obviously cant hear it.

I am not sure what the problem is but I am guessing its the tires?? When i went to have the rims and tires put on, the guy said that the tires were in bad shape.

whats the problem??? any clue?
