So one of my old rims get bent in a huge pothole! so, i bought a friend of mines rims and tires...they are 18'' rims and tires. So i went to the shop to get them put on, and the guy says "these tires are not in good condition, they have cuts inside them, and there is visible alignment wear" he also said, you will have a bumpy ride with these, it might even shake a little....So i was like whatever, and when i started to drive i could hear this loud noise..it sounded like something was spinning?? some kind of vibrations in the air maybe? the more i press the accelerator, the faster the noise... another thing is that when i brake, its like i just left a car wash.

any ideas whats wrong??

The tire could be damaged just like the guy said.
