WOW! I can see you threw a lot of parts at it. No need to apologize I was just under the impression that you had a 2002.. Anyway it the 2004 has a slightly different fuel system. There are two items I see that could cause the same symptoms.
1. There is a fuel filter in the tank and it is similar to the one in the 2002 but not the same. I will post a picture below. Unfortunately this filter is more expensive than the aftermarket one in the 2002. It will run about $90 +/- a $10. The Acura part number is 17048-SEP-A00. As I have no experience with this OEM part number I can 't say if I would buy one but I would probably go with name brand aftermarket if I could find one and it was cheaper.
2. The second thing I see that is on the 2004 that can cause the same symptoms is a Pressure Regulator Assembly (Acura PN 17052-SEP-A00). This unit is about $105 to $150. This is a unit I have no experience with so I can't tell you if an aftermarket part will work, there are many parts on the Acura that aftermarket parts won't work well. I would say to stay with OEM with this part if you have to replace it.

Yes sir. I saw that. The fuel pressure regulator is made made onto the bottom of the fuel pump, & the filter is non serviceable, internally. So! With that being said! I have one Beck Arnley 043-3039 otw as we speak!! I will definitely update my progress once it arrives and I get in installed!! Again, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! I Pray this resolves my issues as well!!
