Hey, I just got my Acura 1999 3.2 TL.. When I click the botton for the back trunk it worked before now it doesnt? Any suggestions.. and does the car suppose to come with a remote to open it and stuff? Can I go to Acura dealership and can they make me a new one? any comments will help.. THANKS!

 

You mean the button on the door doesnt open the trunk? Make sure the switch in the glovebox is switched to on. Yes they can make you a new one.

I have a similar problem, the button on the remote for the trunk does not work (all the other buttons work though), so I always have to unlock the car and open the trunk from the inside button on the door Can be embarassing at times. Do I just need a new remote altogether?

 

If the button on the door works, id say yes, thats most likely what you need. You can try to take it apart and clean the contacts.
