I cant take off my strut bar on my 99 tl..somebody help ?

 

why do want to? should just be bolts, wd40 em

 

Please be more specific. Why cant you take it off? Whats holding you up?

 

well i took the 4 bolts off, 2 on each side of the car..and well the strut bar is connected to the part of the car thats under the windshield wipers. theres two parts of the strut bar that goes under it and is connect with something...i cant get it out

 

By the windshield wipers you will see 2 small covers that pop off. Pop them off and there are 4 bolts under there as well
