There should be some marking on the plastic trim on top of the headlight like this U-D and L-R. You can adjust the light by turning the screw appropriately.

As for your yellowing headlight, the bulb is going bad. The bluer light is achieved by replacing the 6000K bulb for 2nd gen. 3rd gen TL use the same bulb color as we do but due to the refraction of light through the projector, it looks blue off center.

i dont think is going bad because my boy lu is having the same problem and his bulbs are brand new also(bulbs are from the dealer and they were real white at the beginning) ......but its kinda funny because that bulb lights up more than the other one......i didn't see any screws! is there a D.I.Y????

First did you replace both at the same time? Also it takes about 100 hrs for them to break in.
Pop your hood and look on the plastic shroud abofe the headlight. You will see a U-D there is a bolt to turn if you look straight down behind it. Also just dont go cranking on them, your lights may be aligned properly. HID's have a Cut Off line. they just dont go blending in like halogens
