Gauge Cluster Problem

So today while driving my gauge cluster stopped working. The gas and heat seem to be right, but the rpm and speedo gauges aren't right. The speedo shows nothing it stays at the 0 and never moves and the rpm gauge sits right at 2500 rpm at idle and when driving hits 3000 rpm and stays right there no movement. The rpm gauge at idle sat at 1000 rpm give or take. I would like to know how to fix it ASAP.

I'd say start off with the simplest and check your fuses. On the '99TL, fuse #6 in the driver's under-dash fusebox handles the gauge cluster.

did you remove your gauge cluster in the past? Could be something like a loose connection in the back. How's the backlight at night?
