Gauge cluseter?
Gauge cluseter?
Does anyone know the part number for the gauge cluster for an 00' TLP non-navi? I've been trying to find it on acuraoemparts.com but I'm not sure what they call it. Also, if I install a new one, how will I get my correct mileage to show up on the new odometer? Thanks.

Why do u wanna change the cluster anyways? Your best bet is to get one off ebay with close to your miles because there is no way to reset the miles. hope this helps
I checked on ebay earlier and there is one with like 49k miles. Are you saying that if I were to put that one in my odometer would read 49000 miles? I thought mileage info was stored elsewhere.

Why isn't it illegal to change out the clusters since it could potentially display the wrong mileage info? Is there any other way to tell how many miles are actually on the car without reading the odometer?
??? None that i know of. The dealers computer may be able to but i dont think so. If you were to go to the dealer and get a new cluster they would stick a sticker of the original mileage on the car and note it in the computer. My new cluster now shows 31k.
(when i did the swap it was at 14k)
