Found source of my click....I think

I was under the car yesterday looking and feeling around. On the passenger side there is some old grease throw up on the strut and on some other components, but the CV boot if fine. On the driver side its nice and clean. I bought the car 6 months ago and I think it may of had a bad boot prior to me buying it and they just put on a new boot to pass inspection. I got a feeling that is the case and now the cv joint is now starting to act up.
