U have a 99 Tl and you all know there are two fans in engine bay. The fan stays on when the car is off to cool down but recently I havent seen the fan turn on again. Its the right fan if your standing in front of thr engine. I leave the car on with the air conditioning and I accelerate it a few times to see if it goes on but nothing. Ive also noticed the temp rise from halfway almost to H just a few lines to it. I think the reason its doing that because the fan is not working possibly the fan motor and the reason that it hasnt heated up completely because one fan working and is doing double the work. Have you had something similar? Is it just one piece with two fans or can I buy it seperate? Anyway I can test the fan isnt working?

 

the driver side fan is the temp fan- the passenger side is AC fan- which may also come on in times of need for temp comtrol

Probably a temp sensor- located bottem of radiator or top of thermostat area has died
You can jumper wire the fans to confirm operation of the fan itself
