Question DRL Install Problem

So I finally got around to installing the DRL module from autobarn.com, but when I went to turn on my car, the low beam and high beam on the driver side was flickering/extremely dim (looks like the voltage was cut between the two, the halogen HB3 was extremely dim and HID D2R was flickering) while my passenger side did not turn on.

These are where each module wire is to be tapped into:

Module > Car
Orange > High Beam
Red > +12 volt
Blue > Ignition Sense Wire

I tapped the orange module wire to the red/yellow high beam wire on the driver side, the red module wire to the battery (+), and the blue module wire to a green/black wire, which I think is the wiper motor relay wire.

I'm pretty bad with electrical wiring and stumped

I tapped the red/yellow wire of the driver side high beam with the orange wire from the DRL module.

I tapped the green/black wire with the blue wire from the DRL module which needs to connect to an ignition sense wire.

^Is the problem in here?

here's the wiring diagram

if you look at the wiper motor wiring diagram, you see the green/black is hot on start.

I tapped the red/yellow wire in the ellipse here:

I tapped one of the green/black wires in the ellipse here to get access to the ignition sense wire:

ok, i am taking a look at the diagram, but bare with me it might be a little while before i get back to you with a good answer.

i am not sure if you connected the(+) passenger side high beam to the drivers side hid(-), and possibly tied in the drivers side high beam(+) too?

basically (+) is going into the DRL unit and coming out at like 50% power into the (+) of both the high beams. correct?

it seems like you did things right, but i am unsure how you tied in the drivers side HID.

could it be that i was supposed to connect the orange module wire to the (-) side of the driver side high beam? cuz the module is getting power from the (+) side of the battery
