Not sure what the problem is, the car has 113k I'm about to do the timing belt and water pump this week, never been done yet. I took it by autozone and got the code for a trans temp sensor. The d5 flashes every once and a while but if I turn the car off and back on it goes away. It seems to do it more when the gas is low. Just curious for some ideas as to what it could be before I take it to the mechanic

 

does it do the flashing d5 when you are getting hard on the gas--
like getting on freeway in a hurry?
