A Couple Of Problems!! Please Help!!
i have a 99 TL and am having a few problems.. please give advice on either one if you can.. thanks..
a taxi backed into me (driver side rear) a while ago and all the sudden the alignment is way off to the right. alignment shop said it was the upper control arm (camber) that got bent and said that i needed adjustable ones (Ingalls or SPC Rear Adjustable Upper Control Arm) to offset it b/c it was off 2 degrees and couldnt be adjusted. think this will solve the alignment problem? could it have something to do with a wheel bearing? (the same shop that i went to for big checkup that said the engine mount would be gone soon and wheel bearing was cracked.. want to know which one would have a bigger effect on alignment problem.. camber or wheel bearing)
reverse feels weak. also when i shift from park to reverse or all the way down to drive the whole car jerks.. violently! i was told an engine mount was needed soon a while ago. you think it's the engine mount or transmission?? transmission is slow to respond when i hit the gas and it shifts really hard, even when in manual shift mode.
Thanks for all the help

If you have a bent suspension part, i would get that part replaced. That would solve your alignment problem. If you have bad mounts replace them, it will smooth the motor, and may smooth out your problem. I doubt you have a "cracked" bearing. You would most likely be hearing noise from it. And to answer your question camber would have a bigger effect on the alignment
