Coolant
i'm going to do this also.
i have an acura thermostat to install.
the car runs hot with the a/c on
how much fluid does the system hold?
and you would use a 50/50 mix right?
and you're serious about the honda antifreeze?

Just use the Honda Coolant, it's not that expensive and it's what came in the car. Go to a Honda dealer instead of Acura and you can save a few pennies that way. Besides motor oil, you should seriously only use Honda fluids.
In all my years of owning Acura's (12) not once did any honda fluids let me down, or cause a system to fail/wear out.

I just added the coolant yesterday...for such a relatively low cost item I'd stick with the original stuff...although I wish I would have thought about going a block away to the Honda dealership instead of Acura...they charged over $18 dollars for it and its 50% water...but, WTF, she's worth it...
I believe honda coolant, ps fluid and trans fluid- to contain secret additives engineered to work specifically with those parts. Substances ~possibly~ lacking in other brands~
Whatever it is-- appears to work!
Look inside your radiator at 5-6 years old coolant, and its still mint condition aluminum!
Other cars would be ready for a new rad! all we need is a fluid change
I believe the additives in regular coolant last about 5 years--- so I changed mine before the 105 service gets done.
One of those- unproven, but makes me feel safer projects.
The fun part is removing the engine block drain bolt!
