Condensation in headlight....
I've never opened up a headlight but I'm assuming all I'll need to do is open up the headlight by putting it in a pre-heated oven, scrape off the old sealant, get some black silicone then seal the thing shut again? Or do I have to get a new headlight housing or anything? Not sure if the condensation will hurt anything, its just on the lens it looks like. This is for an 03 TL-S
Sorry, I'm sure this is a repost but search is down and I don't wanna forget.

I'm a thrill seeker in my
Your method of opening up the housing and then drying it up carefully is correct. Condensation in your headlight housing (I'm assuming on the driver's side) will result in a failed HID ballast. The condensation will seep into the ballast causing it to die and you'll have no light output on that side. I'd get on that condensation ASAP or you'll be on the hook for a new ballast. New ballasts aren't cheap either.
All the best with that.

there is a DIY on clearing or blacking out headlights- you have to open and reseal the headlights for that--watch the oven temp!
The ballast is underneath the housing and the water drips on it= failure of ballast AND bulb
