Unhappy Codes P0301-P306 & P1399 Problems HELP!

Ok what’s going on with my car?
3 mouths ago engine light and vsa lights come on and my car has a vibrating feel when driving at low RPM 1500 to 1900 rpm only. So I had it check with a OBD 2 at AutoZone codes P0301
p0304
p0300
p1399
where the codes
I replaced spark plug coil on cylinder1 to see if code p0301 would go away but it stayed on.
Now today I went back to autozone checked again with OBD 2 and there more codes!
codes P0301
P0302
P0303
P0304
P0305
P0306
p0300
p1399
What gives P1399 shows as a glowplug?

Can I get some help please from one of my follow TL owners on this problem?

It could be a coil pack or O2 sensor, or EGR. I would find a better code reader to pinpoint better

not to go off topic how much did autozone charge to read the check engine light and how long it take them because my car is throwing the check engine light as well

Did you reset the codes? They don't disappear automatically.

Random misfire and chain reaction indicating each cyl. (01,02, etc.)
Get new coils and plugs. Check your cat. converter and O2 sensors.

My car's CEL and TCS light came on two days after getting the Tranny replaced. I took it to my mechanic and got
P0300
P0301
P0303
P0304
P1399

The "300" series codes mean the cylindars are misfiring. The 1399 means ignition problem or random misfiring.

I am still getting the codes and resenting them. So far I cleaned and checked all my plugs and ordered new one (I'm military stationed in Turkey. I'll get them in two weeks). I completely emptied the fuel system and replaced with new gas and I added Injector cleaner. I'm still getting codes. So far I got the light four time and got

P0301 - 4 times
P0303 - 1 times
P0304 - 2 times
P1399 - 4 times

I moved coil and plugs around twice and cylidar one is always a culprit. I'm taking a guess that it is the fuil injectors.

Anyone else have any good ideas?

Are you getting any other codes after you moved every thing around or just #1? Id wait till the new plugs come to see if that clears things up.If your still getting random codes like above , its possible that you have a bad O2 sensor/s or cat.

i would say its o2 sensor IF he d/c the battery, and it came on about an hour later....

try d/cing it again...for me, i d/ced it first time, next hour, again, next couple hours, cleaned IM, next day....try reseting it again, if it does it again in a later period of time, my guess is o2 sensor.

The first time the light came on it was cylindars 1, 3 and 4. Reset the light. Next time, cylindars 1 + 4. I moved plug and coil from 1+2 and 4+5. Since then I have had cylindar 1, 2+4.

I originally thought the O2 sensor, but doesnt the O2 senor have it's own error code. The only ones I have gotten are P0300 (Random Missfire) P0301 (cylindar 1 missfire) P0302, P0304, P0306 and P1399 (Manufacturer controlled ignition or missfire). I haven't gotten anything about the O2 sensor.

I am guessing it may be fuel injectors but I want to trouble shoot everything else before putting in that kind of $ and time. The guy running the mechanic shop here thinks I may have some residual crap in the fuel system from bad gas and need to run a tank or two through the system before it cleans out. I don't know, but I can tell you that I'm frustrated as hell. I can't wait for my rearview mirror to start leaking. What a crock!

Would the O2 sensor or the EGR cause missfire?

EGR, yes. Try cleaning it first from carbon build up both underneatch the valve and inside two holes it's mounted on. O2 sensor might be a last option along with cat, but some reported still misfires and it seems they due to high temperature inside cylinders (lean condition) causing by high compression motor and bad gas. Still some tried different gas and misfires still remain. I've seen some got new coils, new plugs, EGR and both 02 sensors - then CEL didn't come back.

Suprising but my G35 sedan is not that far off with 10.3:1 comression vs. CL-S/TL-S 10.5:1 and it never had any misfires, ever along with never seen plugs/coils/O2 sensor replacement since 2004 with over 50K mi.
