Center console no locking.

Recently the top portion of my center console will not latch correctly and keeps popping up. I'm just wondering if anyone had any fixes for this. Everything it tightened as far as screw go.

Is the hook broken, fix the hook and it will hold from opening.

It's not broken, and feels just the same as the lower compartment latch. So it doesn't appear to be anymore worn.

I've had a similiar problem. Thanks for the part# info. Cheap fix for a nuisance problem !

Nuisance is right! It's been a few weeks and each time it pops up, I get so mad!

The part for the top armrest is actually part# 83406-S0K-A01 ( #15 on the site)

It was $18/$12( shop price) at the dealer. Probably cheaper to pick it up there, after shipping your not looking at any savings online.
