Well guys i got in my car today and it wouldnt start urggg. The weird thing is all the lights come on when key is turned all i get is a clicking noise. I used a booster pak and it started right up. Is this a battery problem or some other component? I got the battery new from acura maybe 2 years ago and also tested the battery and checks out ok im stumped.

 

If a booster pak will start the car then it 's the battery ....or your alternator !
how do you test your battery ? Start your car and have a voltmeter to check
the voltage of your battery if it's between 13.6 to 14.1 v then your alternator
is fine ..... Test the amp. of your battery ......

 

Even if the volt meter says your battery is ok, it might not be. Amps definitely do the work to turn the starter, not volts

 

Battery
