Car trouble
Hey my name is roverto Alvarado I have a 2002 Acura tl and my ac just gave out yesterday they are suposebly charging me 200 dollars but it was working fine yesterday in the morning and in the afternoon it just gave out what can it be
the next culprit would be the compressor clutch.
but it needs to be diagnosed. cant be guessing or else you'll be spending MORE than $200 as you keep throwing parts at it.
When there's no freon gas, it could also mean some AC leak.. so yeah try to be more specific then you may get your answer sooner~
the blower motor wiring harness tends to go out on our model due to an issue with either the blower motor resistor or the burnt wiring harness connector. Mine looks burnt too but I managed to work around with it.
Okay thank you the crazy part about this is that it turns on but no air at all nothing only went I out that shit that let's the air come in freely
It'd be nice if you could be more specific. when AC doesn't work it could mean many things.. it could be your blower motor not blowing or it could be just blowing hot air which usually means either no freon gas or clutch going out.

^This. Don't pay someone to fix it unless you've tried and checked everything. My AC gave out about 2 months after purchasing the car in the heat of September. I tried swapping multiple fuses and relays under the hood and on the passenger side inside. Nothing helped. I don't know shit about air conditioning so I felt very lost but I kept looking. I finally located the AC blower and the harness(male) connecting to it was fried, corroded green, and the metal was disfigured. The AC blower's receptacle/female end was similar in appearance. I just went to the junkyard and found a blower and harness. They weren't sparkly clean but they weren't corroded either; just dirty. There's also an "AC blower motor resistor." Be sure to grab this too. At first I only swapped the AC blower and did a half ass wire-twist job(i didn't have a sautering iron) and taped it all up, and it still wasn't working. I didn't try the other resistor because it looked like it was in worse condition than my original one. Swapped it and it started blowing immediately. After sweating for days in 110degree weather i finally fixed it-imagine feeling that cold air after 2 weeks haha. Hopefully you fixed it already but if you haven't, try this. But don't spend money until you know you need to B)
