car shaking and rough idle

Hi Acurazine, I just have a problem that i wanna fix so bad lol. i've been trying for the past 2 weeks. and what basically happens is when i start my car, especially on a cold start like right now in the morning, my car has a rough idle. it starts shaking but not as bad as when im strolling. For example, when i start strolling at a red light to move a little bit, the engine shakes pretty badly it feels like its choking.

so far i've done a seafoam, changed oil, then i changed the spark plugs, and so far i've changed 4 of 6 ignition coils. i cant imagine that the last 2 coils have issues? but i tried swapping and moving them around and still the same result. i've run out of ideas lol. any help is appreciated!

Get the codes read, or else it's just a guessing game.

just for good measure- ck your pcv valve on rear valve cover,,hose goes to TB air tube
that clogs and can cause weird problems,,under 1o bucks at parts store or deep creep-carb cleaner will work to remove sludge
should sound like a spray paint can shaker ball when working,,ball inside moves freely

also try: remove power lead to one coil at a time,, with helper closely watching rpm,,,maybe rev it slightly in gear like at stoplight (brakes on-park brake on-block in front of wheels) see if load makes it show then

Ck motor mounts- front and rear are vac boosted and failure does strange things
front very common failure

and my favorite besides seafoam: reset ECU by removing CLOCK fuse for a minute,
thats the secret backup power to the ECU

I've had a few bouts w rough idle situations and I always found myself cleaning the IAC valve wc most often corrects the idle to run smoothly. Lately it did idle rough again.
This time I ran 91 octane chevron or/and mobil gas from my usual 89 octane.
Its been a month now and no rough idles with engine running hot or cold.
Idles very smooth once again w a one click start.

im 99 % sure its gonna be a miss fire... change plugs and (according to codes) change ignition coils... (the cel blinks because of too much raw gas going to the cat)

if its all cylinders it could be timing issues.. go to oreilly and have them check it. they usually have better people who know what they are talking about
