Car seems sluggish...

Lately my car has seemed extremely sluggish, I changed 3 ignition coils about a year ago may be time to change the other three, unfortunatly I have to wait for them to go since I can't remember which ones changed, is there a way to find out which ones are the old ones?? Second, I've had the car for five years, never changed the air filter and never changed the pcv valve, that could affect my performance also, correct? Any other suggestions on things to do?? Thanks!

I seafoamed it not that long ago, I do not drive that much, but I'm sure it still needs to be changed, just feels really sluggish and it's pretty annoying, also I've never changed the PCV valve, where exactly its it?.....lol

Reset the Computer

I had something similar happen couple of years ago in my '03 TL. Someone of the board suggested I reset the computer and then drive the H*LL out of it for several days.

It did the trick for me. After the reset and driving it fairly hard, my gas mileage went up and cars was quicker.

Good Luck!

I have the same problem, tl feels like a gutless pig that drinks a ton of gas, i've given up on it and would rather ride a schwinn to work instead of paying $100 a week on fuel
