car dont start

so i just put in a engine into my car that i bought with a blown motor. it cranks but it wont start. it seems like my fuel pump is not getting power. it seems like only one of the wires has a 4.96 voltage. i tried switching out the pgm fi main relay but that was not the problem

Also did you double check ALL wiring? Test your fuel pressure. If there is fuel pressure in the rail then my guess would be something like the CKP sensor.
