if you are driving at 25-35 and hit the gas hard- does the engine rev up but the car does go faster?
When you shift from N into D5, is there more than a 1-2 second delay before the Drive gear engages?
Smell the trans fluid on the dipstick- is it burned?
If these things are happening to you, I am going to guess transmission problem- needs dealer inspection ASAP
We have a special court ordered 109k miles warranty- your 03 depending on its VIN may not be on the list of covered cars, but Acura knows the problem wasnt fixed and gives "goodwill" replacement transmission to you too. value $4000!!!

acura didnt know what?
The recall on the trans was for installatoin of an external oil jet kit
There is extended warranty on the trans- give them your VIN number and they can look it all up for you.
