I don't really get the question... You turned On your AC and it fried your Sub harness connector?

How does the A/C System connects to your Audio system in any way?..

Yea kinda lost here too, If you fried a wire you may have a fuse with higher amperage than whats recommended, a short to ground or a stuck relay.

Theres a diagnostic method on the climate control that may help you figure out whats going on.

The harness that connects to my blower motor for my air conditioner and heater. Its been fried for about a year now and is why my heater and air conditioner havent been working. So today i turned on my air conditioner just for the hell of it and it worked and still is working right now. My question is,should i keep using my air conditioner even though the wire is fried?

No discontinue use and fix it or it can cause damage to other parts of the system.
It might melt the connector on the blower motor leaving you with more parts to buy.

Yeah, if ya previously knew that the blower motor's harness was bad, the simple solution is to either repair or replace it. Why would ya wanna risk any more potential damage and possibly a fire ?

In the meantime, as ErickUa5 suggested.......don't use the AC or heater, until properly repaired !!!

You can keep using your a/c for as long as your want.

The problem is, it's going to catch fire or short out some very expensive components.

What has more than likely hapened is that the wires have melted somewhere in the harness, and one of the melted wires is either a ground or a hot 12v. That ground or 12v is going to get overloaded one day....and when that happens....your local fire dept is going to be there for you. As in putting out your car fire.

Get it fixed.

Had a 99 come to me with blue smoke coming out of the vents, turned out to be the wires they were melting together. Repaired the wiring and all went back to normal, didn't need to replace the blower motor because they brought it to me on time.
Just thought I put it out there.
